DO YOU KNOW SOMEONE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND WANT THEM TO HAVE THE SKILLS THEY NEED TO FACE LIFE'S CHALLENGES? Our program is here to provide a much-needed activity for the Treasure Valley. We have had the fortunate ability to partner with the Spectrum Skillz program for many of the exercises that are needed for both Spectrum & Adaptive groups. All across the country, there is a need for more activities for those with special needs and disabilities to do. Karate is perfect to fill that. Karate first and foremost is an individual activity. Yet when putting multiple karate people together it becomes a group activity. It is self-paced and reliant on each individual's ability to push themselves to their fullest capabilities.
