Critters in the Creek

Get in the Boise River! Provided boots and nets will help you collect aquatic insects of all kinds. Learn about why these macroinvertebrates are important in an aquatic food chain. If the water levels or weather make this unavailable, we will Go Birding! Learn about the common birds at the nature center and along the Boise River. Either way, bring clothes you are willing to get wet in.

After the program, we can have lunch together in the park.
